    Family vacation
My family has stayed at Vacation Lodge maby timres in the past and werr always pleased wiyh the hotel overall, however this pasy trip was a little different. The beds were suoer hard (usually they are perfect) felt like sleeping on a rock. And the pillows were very thin amd hard. We had to go out and purchase pillows to use. Also the water pressure was so low it was hard to shower. We love the location it is close to everything and my mom enjoys sitting out in the balcony. Overall great place and we will be returning, hopefully the great breakfast is back when we come again.

The hotel is dirty. The beds had crumbs and something was splattered all over the wall by the trash can. The toilet paper was not full so we ran out quickly. When we called the front desk, they told us to come get some rather than bringing it to the room. The staff was nice. They tried to accommodate where they could.

    Nice for the price...
This property is nice for the price. It is conveniently located to all of the activities on the strip and only 5 or 6 minutes from Dollywood. You can essentiallt psrk your car and walk to a lot of the attractions, which is a good thing, otherwise you'll spend a lot of time sitting in your car on Parkway.

    Just an OK stay
For the most part the stay was ok. The indoor hot tub is great, but it is such a long walk when it is cold outside and you are wet. The room was not as clean as it should have been. There was mold everywhere in the shower and the bathroom vent did not work. Since it was not working to pull the moisture out of the room there was rust all over the ceiling. I suffer from asthma so I never want to see mold in a place I am staying. There was also cigarette burns in the sheets . There is nothing wrong with a hotel being old, but you can make sure it is clean. It was definitely not worth what we paid for it. Our usual go to hotel was booked up so that is why we decided to try this one. The hotel we normally stay at is cheaper and has the same amenities. It is also very clean. This hotel was completely booked up so I knew it would do no good to ask for another room. At check out I did tell them about the problems and she said she would get maintenance to fix the problem. Overall just an ok stay.

I’ve stayed at 5 different hotels in the last months. For the money it was the worst of all hotels. Coffee is NOT available in office with breakfast. Breakfast consists of the choice of a honey bun or blueberry nutrigrain bar. I had to clean water from floor and the towel came back black. The pool was nice. The price was $30 more a night after fees than advertised price on hotels.com! I was overall dissatisfied!

Clean and mostly comfortable except the sleeper sofa was broken so our shortest child had to sleep on the couch instead of pulling the bed out. Overall I would stay again but in a bigger room if available.

    Nice room, some issues
The lady at the front desk was nice. The room was a nice size and looked clean, but it seemed there was a dog in the room because my allergies were going crazy! Both me and my husband had itchy and runny eyes for our 3 night stay. I booked a "no pet" hotel on purpose. There was an adjoining door in our room and that means we could hear the lady's piercing voice very clear the first night and the next 2 nights the crying baby (more than 1 hour each night) like he was in our room. We learned a lesson... to make sure we ask for a room with no adjoining door in the future! We felt we had to be extra quiet the whole time, because if we could hear them that clearly, we knew they could hear us too. Made for an uncomfortable stay.
