Very Good8.0
Had a lovely stay, staff were friendly, food was delicious, but unfortunately they didn't not have the kayaks and paddle boards running due to winds. However we knew a staff member who told us the winds weren't actually strong enough to meet their usual cut off for cancelling the activities, bit disappointing as there's not a lot of other activities on the island unless you take a day trip to other islands or the reef.

Brilliant 2 night honeymoon
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was amazing, the pools were great and our room was great! The only thing which wasn't 'great' but didn't bother us was that the wifi didn't reach to our room.

Disappointing and Poor Value for Money
We just stayed at Day Dream Island for three days and it rained for three days which was unfortunate. So the Resort boasted five restaurants but there were only two restaurants and one coffee bar open. The Seafood Restaurant only opens on one day per week but due to the inclement weather it didn't open. The floors were slippery and dangerous and we saw more than one person wearing a leg brace!! The decking around the pool bar was rotten and extremely dangerous. The worst thing was queueing............we queued for everything..........including food........we queued for a table in the restaurant, then queued for the food........cups ran out so paper ones were offered......I could go on and on but overall the resort was very tired, worn and uncomfortable and we were pleased to leave.
