The hotel was OK. I felt it was clean and it wasn't too busy. The full beds don't pass for queen in my opinion and the hot water had issues. When we called they told us we had to run the shower for 15 minutes before it would get hot. They only said that everything is new and they don't know why it's an issue. Running the water for 15 minutes prior to your shower in a room with no exhaust fan makes it a bit humid. This needs some attention.

Service Lacking
The hotel room was clean and comfortable however there was no hot water and upon notification to the front desk, no action was taken and no update was given. Apparently this was an isolated incident and the fix given was to run the shower for 20 minutes to warm it up. The water just kept getting colder. The hot breakfast ran out of eggs. This property appears to be pretty new and the staff appears to be also because they made excuses for the manager.

Great till check out
Was great till check out, asked for receipt, could not print out due to closing out at 4:30 am, asked the lady to emailed to me. Did not happen, next day called the hotel, the gentleman on duty did it and I had it within one minute.
