Check in staff were very helpful and the hotel was lovely and clean with a great shower and in an ideal location. The only negative was breakfast which was chaotic, not enough tables, running out of food items very quickly and probably because they were short staffed staff were quite rude. Would stay again but wouldn’t have breakfast.

Location and hotel itself are ideal for a trip to Glasgow. We were allowed to check in early at no additional charge but room itself had virtually no natural light l, had window that couldn’t be opened and looked out onto a wall. Room facilities good though with bottles of water provided. We would definitely ask for a higher room overlooking the Clyde next time around but apart from that couldn’t fault,

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made my stay enjoyable. However, it was a bit inconvenient that I had to change rooms during my stay due to a reservation issue. I also wish the breakfast had offered a wider variety of options, especially more fresh fruits and other choices. Other than that, everything was perfect! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the kindness of the staff.

The room was perfect! The noise until 530am was not. Staff need to be dealing with anti social behaviour promptly. I was with my family and we were kept awake until 530am until another guest kicked off at the noisy people. We left at 7am with a 5 hour drive ahead of us. A great shame as the hotel is nice but the noise ruined our stay.
