Such a special gem of a hotel tucked away on the mountain side. What a beautiful experience, from the welcome staff, to the spacious rooms. The breakfast is top notch and nothing is better than the relaxing pool atmosphere. This is a must stay if you are looking to escape the normal tourists and relax in your own private oasis. Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately below the standard we expected, particularly when it came to the condition of the rooms. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, especially in the bathroom. The toilet did not appear to have been properly sanitised. I cleaned several surfaces in our room myself, and the amount of dust and grime that came off was quite concerning. While breakfast offered a good variety, the made-to-order eggs served in the main restaurant were inconsistent and noticeably lower in quality. We also found the management of the beach area frustrating. Some guests claimed beach beds early in the morning and then left them unoccupied for most of the day, making them unavailable to others. Despite this happening repeatedly, the beach bar staff did not appear to take any action. The highlight of our stay were definitely the restaurant food, which was excellent, and the staff, who were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful. The food value for money was great. Overall, there are many positives with this hotel, but the lack of attention to room cleanliness, the inconsistent breakfast quality, and the poor management of beach bed reservations meant our experience fell well short of expectations.

We had an amazing stay at the Perios. The staff, all hard working were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the views are amazing. Nice and quiet location with a bit more noise in town if you want it. Food was all good, and the Lahmacun (the hot was hot) and Pide was the best. Couldn’t fault the hotel, 5 stars.

All exceeded our expectations, great breakfast and restaurants, amazing view and very well kept resort. Beach area had plenty of spots to cover all guests, never felt we needed to rush. Staff were extremely attentive and considerate. The location is much more peaceful and has more scenic views compared to İçmeler and Marmaris. Voici une version plus fluide, professionnelle et diplomatique : The hotel is truly beautiful, and the location is absolutely stunning. The breakfast was excellent, and we also really enjoyed the restaurant. Unfortunately, several issues affected our overall experience. First, the welcome at reception was not particularly warm. We asked whether Wi-Fi was available, and the receptionist told us that access was only possible after receiving a room. However, we later discovered that temporary Wi-Fi access could have been provided before check-in. When we entered the room, there was a large puddle of water on the floor. We almost slipped and had to immediately call housekeeping to have it cleaned up. Later, when we were ready to go to bed, we realized that the bed had only a blanket and no sheets. As a result, we had to request bed sheets around midnight. Finally, after turning off all the lights, a security night light remained on throughout the night. The light was quite bright and made it difficult to fall asleep comfortably. It is a real shame, because the property itself is magnificent, the setting is exceptional, and both the breakfast and restaurant were excellent. With a few improvements to the guest experience and attention to detail, this could be a truly outstanding hotel.

Overall good hotel with amazing hotel garden like area, the room is well equipped, but in need of refurbishment already - the floor and ceiling covering is partly damaged, the water pressure is way too low. The breakfast has great variety of good quality dishes, but the a-la-carte restaurant at the pool isn’t worth the prices, especially the service isn’t good enough, the staff seems to be newly hired or just not trained enough. The hotel beach is perfect with plenty space and the crew is really kind and helpful.

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately our experience was disappointing, especially considering the standard and price of the property. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the rooms. Bathrooms were not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and the toilet in our room did not appear to have been properly disinfected before our arrival. I ended up wiping down the room surfaces myself, and the cloth came away with a noticeable amount of dust and dirt, which was very concerning. We booked two rooms, and the second room had a very noticeable unpleasant smell. Interestingly, that room contained an air purifier, while ours did not. When we raised this with the staff, we were told that both rooms had air purifiers, despite this clearly not being the case. This response was frustrating and did not address the issue. The food quality was another mixed experience. The restaurant itself was excellent, and we really enjoyed the dinners. However, the breakfast eggs ordered from the table service were inconsistent and noticeably below standard. Another issue was the management of the beach area. Several guests reserved premium beach beds early in the day and then left them unoccupied for hours, preventing other guests from using them. Despite this happening repeatedly, the beach staff did not intervene or enforce any policy regarding unattended sunbeds, which negatively impacted the overall guest experience. nice hotel, needs improvement.

It was a nice hotel in general but our suite has a practically windowless bedroom. -there was a window but since the room is situated on a street level it was unusable- there were no mirrors except the bathroom. the facilties and the beach services were good and the staff there was really helpful. esp. mirac, she basically made the experience better for us. delicious food at the pool restaurant (dinner menu). unfortunately, the bar and evening program cuts too short. they start to turn off the lights around 23:00-23:30 which we find it a bit early for an adult hotel.

Fabulous.

My husband and I went to Perios for a short honeymoon. My first impression was that the grounds were beautiful and the host at the front desk was lovely. They upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit plate. The room was big and had a large terrace with a sea view. Super comfy bed and nice little amenities in the room. The pool is gorgeous although too cold for us to swim in at the time but the sea is really nice and the beach area is so comfortable that you barely feel like you’re on a beach! More like a relaxing seaside lounge. The breakfast was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back again! My only small complaint was that the hot water was pretty temperamental and would spontaneously turn cold during your shower. It’s a tiny detail compared to the amazing service and overall great vibe of the hotel.

The hotel has the best location, splendid views, beautiful decoration, excellent breakfast, good drinks. Unfortunately our stay in the beautiful oceanfront suite had a serious problem with an unpleasant smell from the pipe coming out of the toilet. That ruined my dream stay. We reported it and they sent 4 men who practically took us out of the room without tact or common sense, saying that they were going to clean. They literally ran us away! They need more training!!. The funny thing is that they left us without soap, they didn't leave any paper, I had to ask for soap and more paper. The smell disapear only a couple of hours. They really need to fix the smell problem coming out of the toilet!! That tarnishes this beautiful hotel :(
