Was charged by Wotif at time of booking then was recharged a different amount when checking in. When I questioned the staff and Duty Managers they said that was what they do and the higher amount is their charge and not wotif's amount. I showed my receipt from Wotif as well as my bank statement which should proof of payment which they ignored. On checking out I spoke with the GM who could see the issues and what had happened. Anyway thanks to Wotif I now am getting a credit but a drama that should not have happened. Buyer beware!
