Booked based on rating and was disappointed overall. The positives were the location was excellent; the unit had good space and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The negatives are easy to fix but unfortunately they were there when we stayed. The apartment needed a good thorough cleaning, there were pretzel pieces left by a previous renter on the floor. Blinds, mats and sheets were stained. It also was tired looking and needed painting with a lot of dings and marks on the walls. There was some mold in the shower as well. A better cleaner and a bit of freshing up would turn this from a 3 star to a 4+ star.

Great location, apartment had everything you needed . Bed comfortable, double glazing worked great for the Friday night crowds heading to or from the Ruin Bars. We didn’t get an early check in (it’s a flat rate of 20 euros) which we requested , it’s at the hotel’s discretion, we did get late check out (15 euros an hour). Breakfast deal with eggscueme!!, was great, it’s a short walk away from the apartments, great selection of food and drinks, set us up for the day.

Super large room, we got the family room with the pull out sofa bed. Was all comfy enough, when we requested an extra sheet they were happy to provide and someone was at the desk 24/7. There was also a washing machine with a free pod so after swimming we did a small batch of washing. Also super great walkable location

This was a very nice apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was very noisy however as there was drilling going on. The fridge, was more like a freezer as it froze everything in it. But other than that I would highly recommend it.

Great place located in 7th district which is walking distance to nearly everything. Check in took a few minutes, staff were great. I had a little studio on the main floor and everything i needed was there - even laundry detergent for a load of laundry. It felt very secure and safe (as a single woman) and it was generally very quiet - I faced a central courtyard with a little patio. A little tip I figure out was that if you turn on the towel heater in the bathroom, there is heating in the bathroom floor which is lovely in the morning! Luggage storage was available after check out. The only tiny issue I had was I tried to communicate with the hotel to ask a question before arriving but no one responded. Otherwise it is a 10/10!
