Restaurant is a machine dispensing microwaveable ready meals. Lots of the electrical points were broken. No onsite presence. We had hoped for better than a cheap budget hotel chain offering.

Whilst the room was clean and tidy, it was very basic. The property is looking very rundown. The gardens are messy, the fountain water looked like it came straight from a toilet. They need to do a lot to compensate for the properties shortcomings.

Il y a quelques temps déjà … Piscine : un oiseau mort devant l’entrée , la piscine débordée car ils n’avaient pas arrêté l’eau, Spa et sauna dans un état proche de la mise au rebut … Bref la photo est bien trompeuse … on vous montre un château … oups ! HOTEL A FUIR.....PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN

Quelle déception ! Il s agit plus en fait d'un lieu type colonie de vacances. Pas de vraie restauration sur place. On peut prendre ses repas avec des plats à réchauffer placés dans des automates. La literie est grande et correcte. La chambre est spacieuse. La salle de bains n'est pas adaptée aux clients. Le rideau de salle de bains est en matière plastique sur tringle, WC intégrés, très mauvaise réception sur le téléviseur. Beaucoup de place pour le stationnement des véhicules en extérieur sur parking réservé à la clientèle, le chemin y menant est truffé de trous. Piscine sur place... à déconseiller manque d'entretien, vétuste voire insalubre. (moisissures au plafond voir photos) Accueil très correct uniquement de 14h30 à 21h30. Vous réglez en arrivant car il n y a pas d accueil en matinée. Le bon point, malgré que cela se passe dans un salle type réfectoire, le petit déjeuner est copieux, matériel et approvisionnement des plats alimentés régulièrement, jus d'orange maison par machine à presser. HOTEL A DECONSEILLER qui ne vaut pas ses étoiles De plus, en soirée, quasiment pas de restaurant sur Cordes sur Ciel. Par contre, en sortant de Cordes vers Albi, arrêtez vous au restaurant "Le Billissymo", très bonne cuisine, copieux, accueil super chaleureux qui se fera un plaisir de vous accueillir. (le soir notamment)

Séjour très agréable avec un accueil comme on aime. Sourire, explications, réponses aux questions, propositions... merci mesdames. Point pas top.. la piscine, qui a besoin de rénovation vu l'effet de l'humidité sur le plafond. Sinon, elle est très bien. Autre point très positif, le petit déjeuner.. compliqué de faire plus complet sur un buffet .. et avec des produits frais ou de qualité (biscottes, confitures.. etc) Conclusion, très bon hôtel simple et efficace sur les prestations que nous avons utilisées.PS : Les campings car sont les bienvenus et le parc réservé à cet effet est à côté de la piscine couverte et permet l accès aux sanitaires, douche et wc, pour 25€.

A deux pas de Cordes-sur-Ciel. Accès et stationnement faciles. Période hors saison. Seuls à l'étage, donc très calme. Grande piscine chauffée pour nous seuls.
