      Some cleaning needed

The check in was smooth, but when we got into our room there were 2 plastic cups on the floor under the air conditioner and also trash under the sink area. I wasn’t able to take a shower the first evening due to the hot water being worked on... Once I took my socks and shoes off, I quickly realized the entire floor was sticky and my feet were black so I had to be sure to have socks or shoes on the entire stay.

Awful! Housekeeping took tip without cleaning

This was the worse hotel stay that I have ever had. The first day we walk in, stains and strands of hair all over the bed linens. I call the front desk, they asked do I want new linen. If so, I had to come and get it because there wasn’t any housekeeping staff. The next day was fine they made the beds, took out the trash and left new towels. The following day, I left a tip in the envelope that the housekeeping staff left for you to leave a tip (which is the first time that I have ever seen this). They TOOK THE TIP and the towel but did not clean, did not take the trash, and did not leave any new towels. When we returned from being out all day, we arrived to a "Do not Disturb" sign on the door and uncleaned room. I reported it to the front desk. She stated that she would leave a note for management in the morning. No note was left, but when I explained to situation to the Kevin “The Manager”, he took up for the housekeeping staff and stated it was clean because I had the sign on the door. I asked, why was the tip and towels taken? If I left a tip, that means I wanted the room cleaned. If the sign was on the door, why would they go in the room in the first place? They take the tip if you did not do the job for the tip? The housekeeper walked up on the conversation. With a smug grin on her face, she denied everything. She didn’t even know my room number or the whole situation but created a lie and acted as if a kid put the sign on the door. OK!! Let’s say a kid did put the sign

      Vacation

It was a good trip. The staff was nice. The beds were ok. The beds needed to be moved and cleaned under, there was trash that slipped under there. There was no breakfast, due to Covid and the pool was smaller than expected. Overall the stay was good.

      Clean.

So the hotel had good check-in. Room was clean. Hard doors, which I prefer, as carpet seems gross to me. Sheets are polyester. Pool is tiny, but the area is warm water temp not too cold. Pool gets crowded quickly. Unfortunately, our stay was awful secondary to crazy loud neighbors who were yelling and jumping and using profanity well into the night. The front desk had to address it more than once for us. My poor experience had nothing to do with the hotel. In fact, they addressed the situation promptly.

Great place to stay. But not safe with COVID-19

The stay was amazing the only issue was there was a sign that stated masks required inside. No one was made to put a mask on. Even 1/2 of the staff was not wearing a mask.

The sheets had marks on them, like scuff marks from shoes, popcorn kernels on the couch and in the bed as well. The room was not ready as 3pm as stated when we could check in. Overall a good stay, but the cleanliness was not that great.

      Housekeeping

The office staff was very friendly but housekeeping was lousy, we needed toilet tissue in our room but they refused to give us any even though they had a cart full of it and then had the nerve to put a envelope in our room begging for a tip. Housekeeping should be trained better and be more friendly.

Not like it use to be

Bath tub was dirty and had to buy Lysol wipes to clean it out. Floor was nasty and made feet and bottom of socks really dirty. Paint was knocked off the wall and fixed with plaster but not painted back so white patch where it was fixed was showing and lastly the bathroom smelled like mold and we had to by air freshener to take care is the moldy smell.
