Nice hotel on the edge of old Quebec. The staff was great and the wine dispenser that allows you to buy wine by the glass (at a very reasonable price) was great.

Charming hotel, perfect location in old city. Walkable to all of the Old City. Friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking (reserve ahead), elevator and good AC - all of which can be hard to find in older city areas!

The location was excellent and the rooms were very quiet too! The morning buffet (open from 7:00-10:00a.m.) was good and kept us full for a few hours while we explored the beauty of Old Quebec!

We liked our stay. The room felt very humid and the carpet felt damp the whole time. Room was clean, bathroom sink was clogged. Would probably choose a different hotel next time with so many other options.

The rooms are clean although they are a bit old. The rooms are relatively large and we had a comfortable stay. It also has a nice location, good walking distance from the places to see in the city.

It is a very nice hotel, in a good location for old Québec city, the room was very pleasant, the bed was comfortable, the bath plug didn't stay down and there was no kettle to make tea, there was a nice Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good, a nice buffet style, I would recommend the hotel.

This property is a gem. We enjoyed the close proximity to Notre Dame Basilica, Old Quebec City, parking offered at the hotel for a fee and the helpful staff. Ask for your room to be made up each day and it will be done.

8/10 Very good

The two of us and our dog had a wonderful 3-night stay at the hotel. The location can't be beat and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the espresso machine in the lobby was a nice bonus. Being able to check out at 12:00 made our last morning in QC much more relaxing. Even though the parking lot was full, there is a public lot just a couple minutes away, for only $20 CAD/day. Only (small) downside, the bathroom was a little out-of-date (e.g. a standard tub instead of a walk-in shower). We would definitely stay here again.
