Not Good for a new place
Nothing but excuses for a poor performing a/c unit. I have stayed at several hotels at SPI my whole life and never had issues with humidity and the temperature in the room. It felt sticky and uncomfortable. Luckily only spent 1 night. I would never stay at this location again. The workers were really nice but they tried covering up the fact the a/c was not working properly

Hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Spa tub was a great way to end the evening. Towels were a bit small but it’s ok. We were unfortunately awakened early on Sunday morning by a loud banging noise but we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to book again soon.
