Clean and served its purposes
The room was clean, very basic and it doesn't have kitchen utilities. We rented a car and we had to park at the abandoned lot next door. There isn't a "front desk"- the cleaner walked us up and handed me the keys when I rang the door bell upon arrival. The view is beautiful but not centrally located to attractions. The bus stops running at 6pm and the taxis are expensive. Its best that you rent a car. No room service, but thats ok because we had transportation & we weren't forced to eat at the same expensive restaurant closest to our studio. The cleaner was friendly- but theres no staff so get your questions answered upfront before she moves on (her boss was on vacation) - the other one ive only seen once in 5 days. Shower pressure was good- tv had Netflix signed in to someones account- Thats how we watched tv at night when we arrived. Ocean view was pretty, beach a bit rocky but for the price I cant complain. A manuel was left on our desk with the wifi password, taxi number, and information on restaurants around. It included bus information as well for those that don't plan on renting a vehicle. Small streets, no side walk so be careful if you plan to rent with children. Great place to stay if you simply need somewhere clean. No frills but served its purpose and thats what mattered. I don’t recommend this place if its your first time in the Bahamas and you cannot afford to rent a car. Otherwise, great stay.

Sunset
The room was decent. Furniture old and not in good shape. Sofa very poor. Coffee and condiments just for the welcome and not for.the following days. No room service but you can change towels at no charge. Nice position and beautiful sunset. Nice beach just across the street.
