Very good central location near village square. Good pool. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was quite big with well equipped kitchen. Hotel also had common washer / dryers, which was very useful.

The room was well equipped but the jetted tub didn’t work, no hot water in shower on day of departure and the pool heater didn’t work for the duration of our stay (3 days). No communication to guests about pool not working. It was advertised as a heated pool. Very disappointing. Reservations manager Tracy’s customer service was horrible. She failed to recognize the issues and take accountability for them. Just made excuses for everything.

Best Value In Whistler
One of the best values I've ever had in Whistler. The building is a bit dated and you might get put off by the carpet and paint in the common areas but the room was far exceeding expectations. It was very clean. We had a split level loft. Include the sauna in the room and the spacious living area and it really doesn't get much better. Would definitely come back.

Small, yet very well apportioned suite for a couple. Close to all Blackcomb amenities... easily within walking distance! All staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful.Given that we're in the midst of the Covid pandemic, it was great that Mountainside Lodge was able to devise a plan for 'reservation style' swimming in the outdoor pool...very much appreciated with the warm autumn weather. Excellent value for our money... A great location for a fall getaway!!!
