We only stayed there 1 night but did not feel like leaving. We were welcomed by very friendly and courteous staff. The dining options were very good with late night service available in the cafe. We could not use the pool as they had informed us of refurbishment works going on but they had tied up with the nearby Le Meridian so could have used that. Overall great place and very comfortable stay.

The accomodations at the Shangi-La Eros are world-class, exceeding our expectations. The hospitality staff - front desk, conceirage, in-room dining, Club Lounge staff, and housekeeping were highly competent and friendly. We took two tours. The tour of Old Delhi with Anurag was magical. He is a treasure and fine ambassador of Delhi. On Sunday, we went to Agra for the Taj Mahal. Our driver Ram provided exceptional service, information, and most importantly kindness. He is professional and caring. The hotel was the perfect homebase for our first stop in India. This is our 3rd stay with Shangri-La (Abu Dhabi and Vancouvet). Eros is the best.
