The hotel is great. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. I didn’t have a chance to look around the property itself because was a quick in and out stay. The neighborhood otherwise was terrible. It took me a long time and several calls to the hotel until I was able to find it. It seemed that I was around a bad area. Unfortunately.

Excellent hotel
The hotel accommodations and staff were amazing. We arrived a few hours prior to our check-in time and the staff quickly took our luggage, gave us a list of sites to see, and arranged a taxi. The Wellness and Relaxation Spa is a great bargain for 35 euros. Also would recommend the massage services by Stefano and Monica. The only downside is the location. It is in an industrial area with not much around. However, it is only a 10 minute taxi ride to the city center area.

This hotel is isolated and looks out of place in a run-down looking area of Naples. They canceled my reservation, which had already been prepaid because I didn’t check in on the first day due to flight changes. Hotel manager was curt.

I like the quality of this hotel. I feel that it is worth the trade off for the location. Easy to get to but it looks kinda sketch when it’s evening time. The staff is excellent… very friendly and informative. The shuttle service is huge. Solid breakfast.

It was a very modern hotel in a not too good area, but price was great, hotel as well. Staff upset me because I was in a rush leaving for the airport and they ran after me tobpay a tax while I was ready to leave in my rent a car. I paid it afer going back in , but they should have charged me when I checked in, thats what all hotels do.

Area however was terrible and far away from actual town and amenities meaning it cost a fortune in taxis or a walk to the station in not the most pleasant of areas. Should be clearer that there is also a cost for the swimming pool too and it’s not included in the hotel price and is additional

Great modern hotel
The hotel is new, modern, clean and the room was large. The parking is free in the street, or at the nearby underground lot. The rooftop terrace was excellent - great food and excellent service at a reasonable cost. The location is good for first or last night before the flight, less convinient for napoli tourism.
