Absolutely sensational stay in all respects. This hotel exceeded our expectations - the staff could not do enough to please and yet they were never intrusive. The hotel is absolutely stunning with amazing interior design and little touches that make the stay luxurious and relaxed. The food is also top notch and breakfast the best of anywhere we have ever stayed. On-site parking is free and easy.

Beautifully decorated, lovely hotel, Just a short walk into town. Only issue we had was VERY small rooms and we were told the beds were King sized but they were extremely small. I don’t even think it was a queen bed (perhaps even a double.) And they don’t have any twin rooms.

Stayed 2 nights at the No 17 Promenade. Very comfortable. Great design, the WiFi works (that's a huge deal to me). What truly made our stay enjoyable was the hard working staff - they were simply terrific. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just fabulous!
Decor was phenomenal, service impeccable. Bed was super comfortable and shower pressure was glorious. The money kind and friendly staff. Food was marvelous for both dinner and breakfast. An amazing hotel in Oban!!
