Horrible experience
The bathroom sink and bath tub were clogged. Ordered take out dinner and they forgot half of our order, had to go back again and pick it up during heavy snowfall. There was a lot of snowfall so we had to clean our car and it took more than 30mins, they called us at 11.15am (15mins after checkout time) to say why we haven’t checked out. I feel the overall stay wasn’t comfortable and they weren’t empathetic with the whole situation of heavy snowfall and the cleaning that accompanies it.
