Could be great with a little bit of a refresh.
Apartment 2201 needs to have a bit of TLC. Paintwork on walls chipped and dirty looking. Cupboards kitchen and bathrooms laminex coming off. Hope you like the morning sun as you will see it early. Blockout blinds not very effective, especially in master, which whole section in corner not coverage at all. 6 adults staying in apartment. Only 2 wine glasses and 3 champagne flutes, bit of a struggle rounding up more from reception. For price paid expected a little more. On plus side great location and view. Bed and linens clean and comfortable.

Our news years stay
Apartment is in a perfect location and we had a great view. Well equiped for cooking. We found that it wasn’t very clean.. hair from a previous guest were around the bathroom and the curtains are filthy. The bed was like sleeping on a wooden board so we didn’t get a lot of sleep. We enjoyed having access to the gym, although it did require us having to leave the building to go to the main building to sign in (I assume this was brought in during covid).

Can’t say I’d recommend this property, the shower head and surrounds was cracked and leaking everywhere so shower was not good, very small, no spare pillows, was expecting a view of the harbour as per pics of the apartment but our view was of the building in front. Wouldn’t stay here again, no at the residence.
