good value for money in perfect location
Comfortable clean hotel right opposite the ruins of Pompeii and the Forum. Close to restaurants, free parking. Staff were helpful. Lovely garden area to relax and have a drink or dinner. Room was older style, but comfortable. No tea making facilities in room but staff will make and bring to your room. Stayed here twice. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money.

Hotel Forum - Pompei - Why go anywhere else!
Superb hotel. Across the road from an entrance gate to the Pompei ruins. Thirty minute drive to Mt Vesivious. And a short 20 minute drive to the "starting point" for a drive along the Amalfi Coast. Staff were professional and Alena was wonderful as our waitress and bar staff. Breakfast was a extremely pleasant surprise. Fruit, cereal, toast, croissants, juice, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, coffee etc. Looked forward to it the 4 mornings we were there. Highly recommended.

Exceptional
Exceptional hotel in a fantastic location. Clean, tidy and friendly staff. Breakfast is one of the best we had in Italy. Tourist information and tour bookings across the road and entry to Pompeii ruins is less then 500m away. Highly recommend exploring the city once the tourists have left for the evening, you are walking the street with the friendly locals. Lots of restaurant choices with high quality food and service.

Spend more than 1 night in Pompeii
The town of Pompeii is fantastic we had a lovely meal at a restaurant about 100m before the hotel as the elderly man inviting people in gave us directions to hotel. Best traditional meal we have had in 5 weeks of travelling Italy. The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was a good size. Air-conditioner wasn't great and the bed was the worst I've slept on in 5 weeks. Other than the bed the rest such as breakfast was good. Staff friendly. So difficulty understanding English to order a taxi, but it got done. The ruins are worth seeing, even in the humidity of rain showers and mud. Would have liked to spend more time there!!
