The cleaner I frequently saw and met was great and helpful. I find the daytime receptionist was somewhat short in answering. Even though she used her phone for translation (which of course I didn't mind), it seemed as though she didn't like being asked questions. This made her seem very unfriendly and dismissive.

Nice, basic hotel. Wonderful staff. Lots of road noise if you’re on that side. On site restaurant closes at 3:30pm and is closed Sundays and holidays

Worth the money

Ok. But in 2025 you would think the wifi would be useable. Was horrible. Even in the lobby. The room was comfortable but basic. Staff were helpful but didnt go out of their way ti help (they usually finished texting their friends before acknowledging you). Pool was a great pool.

The staff is very helpful and the bed was ok. Unfortunately in room 203 there were tiny roaches (3) running in the room, which I killed. The hotel could do with a little paint to brighten up the area and the pool was out of service

I really like this hotel. It’s my top choice for being frugal and safe, still quite comfy, clean, and has hot water. This time the pool was closed and I was not aware of that during booking, nor during check-in so that was a bit disappointing - I literally walked there and encouraged the closed gate. I had just purchased a swimsuit at a local cheap store in the Albrook mall. The a/c wouldn’t get cold but the air was enough. Lots of channels in English so compared to other places - this is still the best option in my opinion. Solid 9/10 this visit.

What I first noticed, that it was an older building but how well maintained it was. The staff was friendly and I found my translator (as I don't speakSpanish) was a must. I found that Talking translator was a great option for me. If you download it, you'll see why The cleaning staff was great. My room was always neat and tidy and they were very friendly. I was located on the 5th floor and my cleaning lady was very attentive with a great personality. Thank you
