Great stay in Rome!
A lovely hotel! Friendly helpful staff. A great location in Rome close to the train. I felt safe here as a woman traveling solo. The rooftop restaurant views are unreal! Loved everything about this hotel. The bathrooms are very nice in the rooms and the complimentary mini bar was a lovely surprise.

The hotel staff were very friendly, bar was supposed to shut at 12, but we stayed in there till nearly 1.30, I asked for a late check out, thinking I’d have to pay, to my surprise it was free, overall a comfortable hotel, the one thing I will say is that the view from our room wasn’t good, as it faced some other rooms in a small square, but then I didn’t spend much time in the room so wasn’t a problem

Was good for quick overnight stay but not worth the money for a cramped room with poor condition to amenities for cramped and broken bathroom and poor Wi-Fi availability as well as not best cooking for breakfast. Recommended for one or two night stay only.

The staff member did not read appropriately the reservation and wanted to give us 2 single beds . The staff member treated my straight friends as a married couple and for us that we are a gay couple he did not treated us the same . I understand that people don’t know but at least don’t assume read the reservation because we reserve a queen bed .
