Staff was amazing and very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay! Please note you will have to walk or take taxi to visit town! The views from Hotel are unparalleled so it was worth it. Value for money, breakfast can be improved and was not as per Accor standards!

Fernhill is a great location, stunning views. Our 5 year old loved the buffet breakfast options and the room service kids meals which made life easy for us. The room had stunning views which made up for the dated bathroom and uncomfortable beds. Staff lovely and friendly and helpful. Easy parking. Would stay again.
