Very clean and comfortable property! The location is great as it is directly across the street from the ocean and you can walk through a beautiful neighborhood. The pool was clean and provided hours of fun for us each day.

Five enthusiastic stars!
This was a fantastic treasure by the ocean! Just cross the street and you have the sugar sands under your feet. Our check in was fantastic, the manager made us feel so welcome! We enjoyed the lovely little sitting area by the pool and the daily donuts! Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer. You can't beat the location, full in room kitchen and washer/dryer, and the friendly and helpful staff. I would give 10 stars if i could!

The room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The lock on the door did not work and we were late to a very important appointment. We were relocated and were not given the option to stay in the new location causing additional delays and hardships.

Great apartment hotel in Boca.
This was a great find in many ways. The unit we stayed in was prefect for our family with two beds, a living room, and a kitchen. And best of all it was right across from the beach - literally across the street. It was also very close to downtown Boca on Palmetto Park. The kitchen could be better equipped. Pool was great. Hot tub needs some repairs.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The manager was very helpful and responsive. Our unit was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed: a well-stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, a comfortable bedroom with two beds, a nice living room, and a bathroom. The rooms are sound-proofed as we could not hear our neighbors or people walking outside. The unit did not have a balcony but we frequently had dinner downstairs in the open-air common area. There is a pool, a spa and a grill available to use. The property manager even gave us beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use. The entrance to the South Beach is literally across the street which is super convenient. We did not need to bring our car to the beach and it was thirty five a day savings on the beach entrance fee. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.
