Not quite a typical hotel stay.
We arrived to the hotel and couldn't check in because the doors were locked. After a few minutes an employee let us in to check in. He quickly locked the door behind us. The lobby was very small with limited seating and a souvenir store where they were selling time shares to prospective clients. I had a few business calls and computer work I needed to do and their business center was 1 desk on the second level. There was no seating available to do any type of work. The only sitting area was on the 19th floor next to the pool & bar (Pretty nice area, but also had a lot of people being shown for time-share). The only coffee available was from a starbucks coffee machine and the cost was the same as going to an actual starbucks. We were there to watch a sporting event, looking forward to good food, shopping and a nice hotel visit. Unfortunately the hotel is a time share focus, had we known, we would have booked elsewhere. The staff was friendly, just busy with time share visitors.

Loved our stay!
Hotel was wonderful! The pool was the best part. The kitchen was helpful however, the oven burners weren’t far enough apart to hold two pans at a time, except for the two very smallest pans so I had to cook things in stages. The thermostat not let us adjust it to be warmer. It would only be from 63 to 66 or off. It was comfortable for us when we turned it off and had our room fan on. There is a $57 per night Valet charge, I was expecting a valet charge, but it would’ve been nice to know how much the charge is going to be ahead of time and if this was posted somewhere, I just missed it We did the 90 minute tour to get 2 nights valet charge waived and I definitely do not recommend doing that! Had a horrible experience and were treated very rudely. They passed out a dining page that shows you which restaurants you get a certain percentage off at so we ate at one of those restaurants because it said 10% off but when we went to pay we were told that was a typo and it should’ve said 10% off at the gift shop not on food. The staff has told their manager about the typo but he has not fixed it. Not a huge deal but not expected from somewhere as nice as this. We ordered groceries from instant cart Publix which was nice. You can’t beat the location.

Pros & Cons
Pros: Very clean and comfortable 1 bedroom suite. Very nice views of Centennial Park from the room and from the pool/bar on the 19th floor. Literally a short walk to many main attractions. Serice was better than expected. Cons: $57 a day for valet parking. I booked through Hotels.com and paid in full just to be told I owed $170 balance to the hotel upon arrival with no explanation. Immediately after check in, we were sent to a timeshare salesman while still carrying our luggage. Had not even seen the room yet. There is no daily cleaning service which wasn't a big deal for us, but we needed more towels after day 2. The pool bar is closed on Sundays and the pool closes at 11pm, but the cleaning crew makes it apparent they want you gone at 10pm. All in all, the hotel is nice and clean, but I felt a little robbed in the end with the valet charges and the random additional cost at check in.
