The first night we got a room where the beds were made but the bathroom was not cleaned properly. We had to inform the reception to send someone and we’re informed that the housekeeping is not available so the manager cleaned the toilet instead. The air conditioner in the room did not work, the electric kettle was full of water from the guest before, there was an iron board but no iron, and no floor mats in the bathroom. All of this was corrected the next morning but the first night was not pleasant. The breakfast options were pretty average without any hot options. No scrambled eggs, hash browns or sausages. Only cold cuts and cereals. Luckily we did not spend much time in the hotel.
