Accommodation was perfect for our one night stay over on our way back to Cherbourg. A bit dated in places, walls need a fresh layer of paint and kitchen needs to be refreshed. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. We checked in after 8pm so we used the after hours check in process and it was clear and easy to follow.

The kitchen was too small to use, the balcony door was unable to close at the top, there were bugs in the room and the room was dirty in the corners and under the bed. No power outlets by the bed, all switches were at one place at the entrance. Location was fine, but that’s about it.

The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us.

Det var en fin lejlighed. Det var køleskab, men det var ingen ovn i lejligheden. Det var en rigtig dejlig altan. Det var dog ikke aircondition i lejligheden, så der var varmt om natten. Lejligheden er i udkanten er byen. Det er lidt adgang til indkøb og til motorvejen. Sporvognen kører tæt på lejligheden, så det er let at komme ind til centrum.

Je suis très déçu par mon séjour. Dès mon arrivée, une forte odeur de transpiration imprégnait toute la chambre. Le lit sentait très mauvais, tout comme les oreillers et le linge de lit. L'odeur était tellement forte qu'elle était difficilement supportable , j'étais obligé de parfumer la chambre et les linges de lit et à plusieurs reprises pendant la nuit. J'ai eu l'impression que les draps et les oreillers n'avaient pas été changés après le départ du précédent occupant, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. L'hygiène est un critère essentiel, et malheureusement , elle n'était pas au rendez-vous. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel tant que ce problème ne sera pas pris au sérieux.
