We expected a nice small hotel in a nice small town. However we did not expect the exelent level of service and such class in a very small town. This place would shine as a star in any city famous for its service industry like Tokyo or Singapore. Hotel itself is beautifully designed. Small and cozy, in a great convenient location. The property is absolutly immaculate. I spent a week in a larger suite with a fireplace. My friend stayed in a regular room. We both loved it. The place smells amazing too! I even asked if i could buy the fragrance...its custom. Of course. As is all the beautiful art and decore. Its a 5 star experience for a minimal price. We did visit few other high ranking hotels just to see what other options we may consider in the future -- but NOTHING came even close. The hotel staff was available 24/7. We did have to deal with a delayed flight. Cancelations. Changes in transfers. The communication with hotel via WhatsApp was flawless. They handled everything immediately. Day and middle of the night. Best experience ever. Thank you for working so hard to make our trip to San Cristobal such memorable experience.

It’s a place that I recommend, starting with the perfect location, just 2 blocks away is Real de Guadalupe St ( a corridor where you can find places to eat, buy handicrafts or just enjoy the beautiful architecture of San Cristóbal), also 5 blocks away is the Cathedral and downtown. The hotel is very cozy and remarcable, they took care of every detail filling the place with wood, plants, fireplaces, lighting, creating the atmosphere for read or have a rest time. The name of the place is inspired by the artist who show’s beautiful sculptures that decorate every corner. Also, the comfort of the rooms is unbeatable, added to the good attention of the staff. simply a magnificent place! Es un lugar que recomiendo, empezando por la ubicación perfecta, a solo 2 cuadras está la calle Real de Guadalupe (un corredor donde puedes encontrar lugares para comer, comprar artesanías o simplemente disfrutar de la hermosa arquitectura de San Cristóbal), también a 5 cuadras está la Catedral y el centro. El hotel es muy acogedor y de buen gusto, cuidaron cada detalle llenando el lugar con madera, plantas, chimeneas, iluminación, creando bellos espacios para leer o descansar. El nombre del lugar está inspirado en el artista que expone hermosas esculturas que decoran cada rincón. Además, el confort de las habitaciones es inmejorable, sumado a la buena atención del personal. simplemente un lugar magnifico!
