Poor Service
Paid for the room a week in advance had car trouble on the way called to say we will be checking in after midnight. Hotel confirms that we are ok to check in after midnight get to the hotel at 2am go to check staff informs me they have no rooms available an that they’re having maintenance issues. I inform the staff I’ve paid in full for my room a week in advance an even spoke with some a few hours prior confirming our room was available an we were a go for late check in. If there was a maintenance issue they could’ve told us in the call originally then they proceed to say we are looking for another hotel for you an will give you a call when relocated waited 2 hours an multiple trips back an fourth into the office and nothing it’s gets to the point where I myself am now looking for a hotel an how was it I can call 2 an both have rooms available but it’s takes your staff over 3-4 to one tell me they are having trouble finding a room on top of the fact that they never called to confirm they found one. I find a room an book it no call at all still we call at 11-12 the next day to inform the staff I want a full refund they proceeded to try an argue the fact that I left an never came back when last I checked I came in about 4 different times trying to work the issue out to no avail an in fact since the “resort” I booked was under going maintenance also little fact to throw in talked to there security on duty that night no maintenance was happening that he knew of

Lots to offer but falls short on cleanliness
I chose this resort for the location to Disney, the onsite amenities, the generous size of the rooms, and the very reasonable cost. When my family arrived we were very pleased by the gorgeous grounds and friendly staff. When we first walked into our unit we were blown away at the spaciousness and amenities in the room. But after a few minutes I noticed that the bottoms of our feet were filthy just from walking around on the tile floors. The floors had noticeably been vacuumed but not recently mopped, not a huge deal in my eyes. My oldest son wanted to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room to stay up late watching tv. As I removed the cushions on the sofa I noticed how stained and dirty they were with what appeared to be blood drops and old spilled food. As I opened the sofa I was met with a silverfish sitting atop an also very soiled sheet. I folded the sofa bed back up and quickly went to the bedrooms to strip the beds and inspect them. Thankfully the beds were all outfitted with clean sheets and the mattresses wrapped in zippered mattress protectors and appeared to be insect free. So I'm pleased to report that the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. In the morning we found that the sinks in both the kitchen and master bathroom had tiny bugs scurrying around them. We used zip top bags to store all of our food so the bugs wouldn't get to it. Overall the hotel is attractive, quiet, affordable & spacious but desperately needs a good cleaning and better bug abatement

Rude Front Desk Employees
I had paid in full for 2 nights with Hotels.com I checked in late because the football game I was at went into overtime but I did not think it would be a problem because the front desk is open 24 hours. The person at the front desk was so rude and clearly out to make me have a bad weekend. The person at the front desk said you booked a 2 bedroom I only have 1 left but I can only let you stay 1 night you must be our by 10am. I said i have 2 nights so why do I have to leave? The room is too nice and you did not book that one the one you booked was given to someone else. Well I thought then I should just be given the better room for the 2 nights since I had no control of who got what room I just want the room I paid for and not to have to move in and out during my time I'm supposed to be with my family. Needless to say she started laughing as my and my husband argued about the check in she was so rude I never would have expected that of any person in this type of industry. The manager tried to apologize and make good of it the next day but this girl was at the front desk the next night too and she cancelled our key making us have to go back to her to reactivate it just so she could say I told you you were needing to be out of your room at 10am... Clearly this was one of the worst experiences ever.

Paid for the 2 Bedroom Room 4 in advance and send them a message via Orbitz messenger that we will be checking in after midnight. Hotel confirms that we are ok to check in after midnight and the rooms will be ready. Arrived at the hotel around 1AM go to check staff informs me they have only one room available( here I am with a party of 16 and only one 2 bedroom room. I inform the staff I’ve paid in full for my room 4 days in advance an even spoke with some a few hours prior confirming our room was available an we were a go for late check in. They proceed to look for another room within their resorts, waited 45 minutes In the lobby they couldn’t find any room. I ask to speak to the manager ... there is no manager on shift, they offer my 1 bedroom room (supposedly) , in the first 2 bedrooms 8 people were able to fit and I had 8 remaining... go to “the 1 Bedroom Room” and surprise was a studio room only for 2; return back to the lobby demanded to speak to a manager they call it, all of the sudden they have a 1 Room Deluxe that was a V.I.P. , after I was told earlier before they start calling all the other resorts that there was nothing available, now was around 5 o’clock in the morning after all this back and fourth, people sleeping in the floor because there was bedding for only 4 people.Next Day I when to speak to the manager and and asked for a full refund. Only get half back. I’m trying to contact their CEO Michael Flaskey, no luck so far...

Hotel staffs we met were not very nice
Every thing is just ok. One thing drove me creazy. There were 2 house keeping people, cleaning the next door connected room loudly from late night to midnight about 12AM. I called the front desk at 10PM, they were quite for half an hour, and then became very loudly again. I called the front desk at 12AM and talk to the cleaning guy in person, and then they left. The room keeper was a young lady, i think she had no common sense, draw the vacumn machine on the ground very heavyly and the whole building can hear it. I don't understand why they clean the room at mid night. The bedroom is very small. Concierge people was very polite to introducing their welcome party which require your income is 50k+, once we rejected to join the party, she stoped talking to us right away. I went to tear 2 Disneyland map at the ticket desk, my sister went to tear 1 more for her friend, and the lady was very upset and said "I think your friend already had two of them....". The staffs here are pretending to be nice to you, only the check in girl was pretty nice to us.
