Our room was tired but clean, would love an information book of time's for breakfast etc, no phone to ring for information. Check in we had the best ever lady help us, was so friendly and helpful. We went ti the bar twice and not enough staff, long waits as they where also working in restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful...great selection ..but no cutlery...asked a staff member and was told clean tables have cutlery....there wasnt any and we had to scrounge a knife and fork and same answer given to next few visitors...just get cutlery out

The room was nice and clean. Not so the dining/breakfast are! The windows next to the breakfast area had dirt all over.The mold on the AC is a health hazard . The pool area needs updating, would be nice if there would be a designated kids pool. Friendliness of the staff could improve.
