Skiing Holiday
Hotel was immaculate! Very clean and modern with friendly accommodating staff...made our trip to Saint Gervais perfect. Shuttle stop directly outside the hotel which takes you directly to the Gondola (skiing) in less than 5 minutes. Perfect hotel with a lovely spa area. Restaurants and ski rental shops just a short walk away.

Great staff on the whole, very helpful. Just a few tweaks would make this a great hotel; sauna that is actually hot, hot tub that is not tepid. Hot food at the breakfast buffet just about warm (it will go cold even when in Le Cruset saucepans - you need heat lamps or burners underneath. But staff were happy to zap it in the microwave! Overall a nice, stylish v new hotel. Thank you
