Sleeps 6 people comfortably, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, gourmet kitchen with black granite counter tops. AC, Cable TV, high speed WIFI.
5 units in the complex share a nice pool and tropical garden landscaping, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand from the beach. There's off street parking for each unit and a secure gated entrance. Sounds and sightings of nature, birds, monkeys and the ocean are enjoyed from this villa, and the peaceful walk to the beach is spectacular!
The kitchen has stylish granite counters, and custom wood cabinets, with a center island that is great for entertaining. The dining room and living room are adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably spacious.
On the first floor there is one master bedroom with ample closet space, en suite bath with a tropical garden shower. Also on the first floor is the kitchen, dining area, a half bath for guests to use and the living room which has a sliding glass door that opens up to the pool.
Upstairs there's an additional living room / hang out area, great for entertaining the kids away from the grown ups, or providing a relaxing quiet area for reading.
There is another guest bedroom with private access to the outdoor deck. There's a separate bathroom, and fully equipped laundry room there as well. The Master bedroom has a king bed and access to the beautiful deck overlooking the canopy of trees, taking in the tropical breezes and the sound of the ocean.
The property offers off street parking, and has a gated and secure entrance.
