Cozy Retro Home is located in the Beautiful Million Dollar Island
Community of Seven Isles in Fort Lauderdale, right on the
Intercoastal. Just north of Las Olas Blvd and a short drive away from
A1A this charming home has everything you need for a fantastic, budget
friendly vacation!

"Very well located house, near the beach and restaurants in a very
chic and safe area. Nice pool, private parking, good equipments (BBQ,
Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher) 5 min to the beach, 15 min to
fort lauderdale airport and 25 min to sawgrass mall. I recommend this
house and Maxima a very professional host."

Home features 2 Bedrooms, Master bedroom has a Queen size bed with a
private bathroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin size beds, shared Full
bathroom in hallway. Other features are hardwood floors
throughout,enclosed air conditioned patio, Laundry room with a wet
half bath for use while taking a dip in the pool, Private driveway
Parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, and 24HR Keyless entry.

Spacious backyard features, dining area, propane BBQ, good size pool,
lounge chairs, and fire pit. This is the perfect place for a cookout
with friends and family to enjoy and relax around the pool area on a
warm sunny day. Private Dock has owners 40' boat docked permanently
(18" boat still fits). Owner will rarely pick up boat or drop off,
prior notice given to guests. Maintenance technician visits the
property on average once to twice per month to perform maintenance and
clean the boat.

Nearby Las Olas Boulevard which stretches from the beach at A1A, and
is immaculately lined with palm trees, rising over the fabulous
Intracoastal Waterway with spectacular yachts, it features everything
from fashion boutiques and art galleries, to memorable restaurants,
sidewalk cafes and bars. If you are looking to experience everything
that Fort Lauderdale has to offer, at an affordable price, then this
is the place for you! For the little ones, we have a pack-n-play, and
high chair available for rent.

Managed by an experienced management company to communicate with for
all needs from booking to checkout and everything in between. We
provide one set of toiletries per bathroom, the beds will be dressed
with linens and blankets, bath towels and pool towels (if applicable),
1 full bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 paper towel, 1 full bottle of
hand soap per sink, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 trash bags
per bin, and a few laundry detergent pods.

Covid-19 Notice:
Our property is clean, safe and ready for your arrival. We follow all
local, State and federal requirements for maintenance, cleaning,
disinfection, and sanitizing of this property in order to ensure the
highest standards of cleanliness. When you arrive, you will find
gentle reminders and helpful infographics on COVID-19 safety as well
as a clearly posted notice stating the date and time that the house
was last cleaned and sanitized.
To comply with social distancing
guidelines, we will welcome you remotely with our web check-in
procedures, but we are here for you! For any questions or concerns
about your stay, resources on COVID-19, and the strict procedures we
follow to prepare this house in-between guests, please contact us
directly by message. We will be happy to provide you all the
information needed to set your mind at ease.

Important Booking Requirements & Information:
- Strict 25 Booking Age Requirement. Please do not proceed with
booking if you do not meet this requirement. Bookings made directly
through Maxima Vacations require a picture identification.
- Self Check-In anytime with a digitally coded keypad door lock.
Check-In time is at 4pm / Check-Out is at 10am. Early Check-In's or
Late Check-Out's are subject to housekeeping availability and have an
additional fee determined depending on the time.
- Maximum Occupancy is Strict. Prior authorization from Management is
required for any additional guests/visitors, $25/person fine applies.
- Strict Noise Restriction - Absolutely NO parties, NO loud
gatherings/groups. Consideration of neighbors is required, they will
call us/police with any complaints. City imposed noise citations are
possible and will be charged back to guests.
- Absolutely NO smoking inside unit/home, windows/doors are to remain
closed if smoking outside. $100-$200 fine applies if home/unit smells
of smoke.
- Pets allowed with Maxima prior authorization. Pet fee applies for
all except Certified Service Animals. A picture and proof of
vaccinations also required. Owners are required to pick up after their
pets. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances.
- Cleaning Fee is for the home cleaning performed after your
departure, not during. During stay cleanings are available for an
extra fee.
- TV input & cables are to be left in the same way they were found, if
a game console is used please make sure all settings are set back to
default prior to departure.
- BBQ Propane refills are to be handled by guests. Empty tanks are to
be taken to nearest provider and swapped for a full tank, receipts to
be texted to management for refund.
- Baby play pen & high chair available for $5/day rental fee, prior
notice required for arranging delivery.
- White binder named "Information Booklet" located in home provides
Wi-Fi details and all other specifics regarding weekly services, such
as pool cleanings, or landscaping.
- Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings require a $1000 security deposit soft
hold (not a charge) on the renters credit card which will be processed
one (1) day prior to arrival.
- Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings require a 3.5% non-refundable credit
card processing fee on any credit card payments made towards rental
amount, or just 2% if paid by debit, option to pay via
check/wire/zelle as well at no extra charge.
- Maxima/Homeaway/VRBO Bookings also require a Signed Standard Rental
Contract.
