Really enjoyed our stay, could do with a spa or the pool heated. Loved the plunger coffee. Staff were really approachable. The three room apartment was massive, and worked for the six of us. Elevators were a little alow, but not a deal breaker.

Spacious City Stay
CityLife Auckland was a comfortable stay in the middle of downtown. Pros - centrally located to food, shopping, and transportation hubs, our room was ready early, room is spacious, shower had great water pressure, perfect amount of kitchen supplies. Cons - restaurants under construction, there seemed to be a bunch of small issues tied to the construction (lock was being fixed, we didn't have hot water day 1). Note - The hotel and rooms were clean but if you look too closely you'll see corners and under living room table hadn't been cleaned well. I never would have even noticed if I wasn't clumsy and dropped something on the side of the bathroom vanity and under the coffee table in the living room.

Good location but house keeping lapse in replenishing towels/amenities and cleaning, dirty stained pillow and sheets not changed when requested. Air con didn’t work but was fixed by the second day. Only two lifts out of 4 working. Due to the apartments being sold off losing that hotel feel and starting to look dated and tatty. Restaurant and bar shut down.
