The staff and service at Uma Sapna were excellent during our recent stay. Rooms (we were moved to an upgraded room during our stay, to our delight) were very well appointed, beds and linens were very comfortable, and rooms were large and clean. The private pools were cleaned often, and water temperature was perfect to cool down at the end of a hot day of touring and shopping. Staff provided an exceptional level of service, and we felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay.

Nice villa, great service.
Check-in wasn't so good but it was early evening and only a porter was available to help me with my bags and show me to the room. The Room was very nice, service and friendliness were second to none. Awesome breakfast - unfortunately we were only told on the last day that breakfast was included in our package - again this was due to no proper check in. Apart from the check-in the overall service and professionalism were awesome. Thank you
