Located on Douglas Lake, secluded from the rest of the world, you will find Gone Fishing Lake Lodge. This is the closest lakefront house you can find to Pigeon Forge. Lots of new renovations were done at the property. This three bedroom , two bath property is perfect for the family or a group of friends who enjoy a taste of quiet lake life. The property offers 200+ feet of lakefront access and you will definitely have the privacy you need with the 2.1 acres space and a private boat ramp located next door to property.
NOTE: The lake's water level fluctuates from Mid Fall to Mid Spring. It is a Tennessee Valley Authority lake and is used for Flood Control ( that is why it is lowered in the fall, to allow for spring rains), Hydroelectric, and Tourism. If you have questions about timing your trip to ensure you can enjoy the lake to its fullest, please don't hesitate to ask us for more details!
Internet connection may be spotty at times.
Fireplace/s are not accessible from April 1st - October 1st. Feel free to reach out to our Guest Services Team for further clarification.
The Space:

There are many options while you stay here. Outside there is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows with the kids or kicking back and tell stories about the one that got away. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each bedroom. You can also watch your favorite movie or game in the living room.
The lower level offers extra sleeping, a full kitchen, full bath and 3rd bedroom, with 2 bunk beds and a TV as well.
