        Affectionately called "The Bear s Lair", this unit is comfortable
        enough to hibernate for a day or two but within walking distance of
        options for those needing to expend energy. Sundowner II is only a
        short walk to the heart of main street Breckenridge. The nearest ski
        lift is a couple of blocks up the street with close access to Peak 8
        or 9. The Free Ride shuttle is located across the street from the
        entrance to the condominium complex.

        Unit amenities include sleeping options that make this a great choice
        for a large family or a friend group. Each of the two-bedrooms has a
        private bath, with a half bath option for guests downstairs or for
        anyone sleeping on the queen sleeper sofa. The master king bedroom has
        a flat screen television and an excellent view of Baldy Mountain. The
        second captain s bunk bedroom (queen over queen) offers comfortable
        sleeping options for a family or adult couples. The open layout of the
        living area, kitchen and dining allows guests to enjoy time together
        in a relaxing setting in front of a gas fireplace.
