Near santo Tomas hospital

Hotel is in excellent proximity to Santo Tomas Hospital & several supermarkets. Not much for dining options close to the hotel, but the small restaurant, in the hotel was acceptable, for a short stay.

Not to be recommended.

Front desk not friendly at all. No help provided with luggage. Internet on second floor not functioning. It's like nobody is interested in delivering the minimum. Have to ask for towel for bathroom floor, lousy cleaning. We're on trip to evaluate for future package. Even charging for ice. Last night, like there was a party in the hallway on second floor. To be honest, maybe this is what one could expect for the price. What border the most, it's like no one is interested in providing some kind of service Have seen much better locations at same rate.

Cockroaches and AC with Mold

Good security with nice Parking space, the hotel is located some minuyes from the shooping Malls, subway station, Balboa Avenue, Cinta Costera, Old city and many more. The bad part was cockroaches, AC with mold, Staff in charge of cleaning the pool was arrogant and demanding we had to get out of the area, althow we explain our intention was to only take pictures.

There were tiny ants crawling on the walls and tables and in the bathroom. I killed two roaches. One was in the bed. I have pictures. The good thing about the location is that it is close to Metro.
