Good Service but Facilities needs Improve
I appreciate the service of all staffs, they are vey helpful and friendly. But a little bit upset about the room facilities, there are something not good 1. the shower - water either very hot or very cold, cannot adjust warm water supplies. 2. safe - it doesn't work, cannot lock the safe door 3. air-condition - a lot of dust sticks on the ventilation duct 4. Washroom - not enough space to place personal things
