    Lovely getaway

    So lovely. A perfect little family getaway. The staff was SO nice and cheerful. The hotel was decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed the pool and the delicious breakfast.

    I reserved a suite 3 weeks in advance. When I got there I was put into a lower grade room than I had paid for. When I confronted the staff and finally convinced them they are in the wrong through many pictures and texts, they told me that all the suites were booked and their was nothing they can do. After a little more back and forth, the lady at the front desk decided she could put us in the honeymoon suite, BUT THAT ISN'T WHAT I PAID FOR AND IT WASN'T WHAT I WANTED! - with a toddler the suite was exactly what we wanted and the reason we booked a suite. I am disappointed and learned the best thing to do is call the hotel directly and not use your website...
