It's the first Hyatt Group of Hotels , I have noted the rooms were not taken care, of the amenities the room. The Restaurant has its own way of serving customers . I ask for Room service and thy point me to the times it could be availed. The Displayed menu which proudly shows on the Screen ---is not available. You go down to have the Dinner at 6:45 pm, only to be told that you need prior booking. W had no choice but to drive 11 Km. to nearest Restaurant to have decent meal. I presume a Motel would do better.
