A safe, comfortable, convenient retreat
I took my small team of employees for a retreat at First Tracks Lodge during the time that COVID still required distancing. The suites provided ample space for us to host meetings and work together. From an accommodation point of view, it worked well for distancing and privacy as each suite had plenty of bathrooms. Kitchens are well stocked and there were lots of towels. Creekside is a quieter location and felt more insulated than Whistler Village. We felt much safer spending time in the Creekside area. There are some cafes, restaurants, and resorts, plus the lift is right out the back door and the bicycle and walking trail around the lakes are wonderful. Due to the circumstances, it was a bit challenging to reach the front desk for things like extra coffee and we were not able to book in pool time. We were told you couldn't book pool time until 10 am the day of the intended visit, but found you could actually book in advance. I would recommend this location for small team retreats or a getaway for an active family. I'm going to try to get back for some time with my husband while it's still warm out!

There is no office staff in the entire hotel. For everything we had to goto or call the legends reception. The staff is very polite and helpful but need at least one person in the lobby reception.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY IN WHISTLER, BC
Recommend First Tracks Lodge for thier first class comfort, first class cleanliness, first class amenities first class atmosphere and first class location to everything in Whistler BC! The underground parking was a nightmare for our larger vehicle. You should have designated parking for trucks and vans.

You need to give your guests greater detail on where to find the check in location ( not just a street address ). Tell your guests that check in is at the “ Legends” hotel plus the street address. It’s very unusual to check in at one hotel by checking in at another hotel - it’s confusing an unexpected.
