I loved it here! It was a quite area. The room was clean with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a washer and dryer and a nice size patio. I was able to see part of the beach from my patio. The staff was pleasant and made sure we were satisfied with our accommodations. I did not take a lot of photos but I have a room tour on my Instagram @empressabena.

After our flight was canceled I immediately contacted the hotel. Susie, the reservations manager was incredible. She quickly offered a solution so that we could enjoy the same number of days as planned. We received a warm reception, fast check-in and escort to our suite by Wayne. The accommodations were great. Clean, spacious and very quiet. The full kitchen was definitely a plus. The amenities (in-suite and poolside) were very nice. Brenda was a God send. She truly made our stay memorable. We also owe the highlights of our time in Turks to her. She patiently orchestrated three fun filled days for us. Which included travel to the other islands, transportation while there, suggestions for attractions, breakfast and lunch. My family and I plan to return to the island and The Tides soon. Thank you Susie, Brenda and Wayne! ❤️

First of all from the first encounter with Wayne the manager and Samantha and Brittney they go above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING AND EVERY DETAIL went well. If you stay here you will never want to leave.

Absolutely loved loved loved The Tides Hotel! Such a unique space. It gives very intimate and personalized vibes since it is a smaller hotel. The rooms and so cute and comfy. We got a balcony room and it was perfect. Recommend this hotel 10000%
