    Enjoyed Canary wharf very much the hotel was in a good location however, room wasn't very warm even with the temperature set at highest of 24degrees, sofa bed in the family room not brilliant and Breakfast was just ok. Staff were very helpful and hotel was very clean and as said located in good area.

    Christmas break

    Staff were friendly and welcome glass of fizz was a nice touch. We were disappointed that the bar wasn’t open when we arrived back after our night out. It was only 11.15 and there were two staff behind the bar and other guests still drinking. Seems very early to close especially at this time of the year. Also, there had been something spilled down the door of the cupboard where the tea and coffee facilities were and it hadn’t been cleaned off.
