We stayed in the hotel the second time. Where the first time our stay was excellent I say this time was good. The food was excellent with a good selection of fresh food. The area we stayed it was a bit noisy this time. The beds were comfortable but the pillows to high. It was good to get beach towels and fresh water in the room. We probably would go back again in the future because of the waterpark.

We just finished a week-long stay with our two children at Star Beach. Overall, we had a great time. Pros: the housekeeping and food options are great. The Dionyssus pool and snack bar was very fun and the kids loved swimming there all day! Excellent location to the beach as well. The entertainment staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the magic show. Cons: This resort is going through a bit of an identity crisis. While it is very family-friendly, twice a week very loud rave music is played until 12am in the "VIP area" which seems to be catering to the 20-something crowd. There is also no information provided in the room regarding how to call reception, what the restaurants feature, map of the resort, etc.
