Clean and Comfortable in a great location.
This is a basic, comfortable and clean hotel with an amazing staff. Everyone's was friendly and helpful and were always asking what more they could do. Not having an elevator was not an issue as the front desk staff carried our bags right to our room on checkin and back down when we checked out. Very conveniently located near the waterfront. The Ferry Building was an 8 minute walking from the hotel with lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

You get what you pay for
I arrived at 5pm, given a key - but the room had not been serviced. I was immediately given an alternative one. The rooms are more like cells. Extremely minimalist. No drinking vessels, bedside lamps, seating etc etc . Some rooms do not have windows. Having said that it was spotlessly clean and I got a good night's sleep. It is handy for the centre of the city and good value.
