This is an excellent hotel With high quality finishes in the rooms, bathrooms, and the restaurant. The breakfast has a lot of choices and the food tastes good. However if you stay more than one night expect the same breakfast options everyday, which could benefit from some verity. The coffee machine works but the taste is terrible. I would recommend they get a better choice of beans and level of roast. The location is very good and quiet with a few restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our walk to the city center everyday, walking along the Rhine river. It takes about 30 minutes so if you are not up for a walk you’d have to take a taxi. With spring weather, there are fantastic restaurants along the river for lunch or dinner.

we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room so we talked with the staff and they moved us to another room. it must of had problems or something because it will still hot in the room and the ac barely worked. it also had a terrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. we didn’t want to bother the staff to make us change rooms once more. they were super helpful and the room were clean and comfortable other than those problems.

Staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The room was large, clean and had a new feel to it. Bathroom was large, the shower was great and a mirror with good lighting. Breakfast was good and location great whether you wanted to find nice places to eat, get around the city or go for a run by the Rhine.
