Sonders Montreal Guy Concordia
Good location. Appartement well equiped and fonctional. Appartments at the back (towards the court) are "exposed" to food smell from the extractors of restaurants' kitchen. Bins and recycling collectors are collected sometimes v early. Overall, we are v satisfied.

Convenient, clean and safe
The one bedroom apartment was very conveniently located in the busy downtown area. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and there is a metro station quite close with easy access to airport bus. We stayed 3 nights and so it was good to have the washer, dryer and kitchen facilities. It was clean and well furnished in good condition. As s previous review mentioned, walls are due for a freshen up, as some are scuffed. The street noise made use of balcony limited , but access to the roof top area was great for views of the city. Foyer and corridors was clean and access codes were easy to use. The area felt safe. We were very happy with our stay.

The property was very nice. No housekeeping for a 5 day stay is unacceptable. Very limited towels in the room and the pool. The pool and hot tub were nice, but needed better maintenance. Staff was very helpful.
