Bluegreen Vacations South Mountain, Ascend Resort Collection, Lincoln

To start with - this is not a hotel, this is a vacation rental. When checking in you are offered an option of being offered to purchase a unit (not mandatory, but if you opt to listen you'll get some sort of a gift). There are ups and downs to that - the upside is that you get to live in a fully equipped unit/suite with a nice kitchen, stove, two showers, two toilets, a living room with a fireplace/TV and a large bedroom. The downside is that they do not make up your room or change towels unless asked. Amenities included: Free parking, Free self-laundry, Pool, Gym (poorly equipped), Internet. There is no food in the hotel (except for some vending machines), so you'll need to either cook yourself, or visit one of the nearby restaurants (there is a decent choice within 3-20 minutes walk). The location is at the south entrance to the Franconia Notch. 30 minutes to Mt. Cannon. One hour to Mt. Washington. Great scenery and plenty of attractions.

Shower was terrible. Shower water only came out in a drizzle when other rooms had water turned on.

We had plenty of room in our condo unit. Nice view and a nice walk to shops and redtaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

stayed 2 nights. The room was excellent, price was VERY reasonable. Couldn't be happier.

Perfect place to stay in a great little getaway town. Walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, movie theater, liquor store, etc... 5 Minutes from slopes.
