We were not told that the pool, health club, laundry were not available due to remodel. During the daytime underneath us they were hammering and drilling remodeling the first floor. Across the street every morning at 7 AM even on Sunday of Labor Day weekend there was construction going on. The mattresses for both the rollaway and the sofa bed had big gross stains on them and were thin and awful. Staff is wonderful though.

Hotel is not kept up to par. Light fixtures hanging out of the wall, stains all over the floor and furniture. Chips on the floor like it wasn't vacuumed, mold in the jacuzzi tub, the toilet overflowed at 130 in the morning and the person asked if we wanted to plunge it or should they? I dont pay nearly 200 for the night at a hotel to plunge your toilets. Was going to personally address

Clean and efficient. Easy check in. Very helpful staff. Rooms were clean, quiet, and dark. Just what I want from an airport hotel. King with sofa sleeper was a little cramped for 2 adults and 10 year old. No microwave in room was only negative surprise. Fridge was not on when we got into room, not cool literally and figuratively.

We stayed for one night. The shower curtain in room 223, had some thing green on it me and my girlfriend were hoping that it was avocado smeared on the shower curtain. We technically are not sure what it was. You can totally see it it was visible when you walked into the bathroom. Wondering why the maid didn’t change it? And the room was cleaned before we stayed.
