I have been stayed in THIS HOTEL for few times already, but with in this booking, I had been badly treated. During my check in, they give me a small room with two small single beds, these two single beds are different size ,smaller than I used to stay TWIN ROOM bed, and the room is quite dark even when I turn on all the light, the room size is small that I have suppose is NOT up to 194 sq ft as The Hotel claimed. So I went down to RECEPTION to complain about, it takes half an hour argument to make them to give me back a room that I used to stay. I wish HOTEL.COM can look at this case series with THIS HOTEL, because I don't want to see other hotel guests in trouble. THANK YOU.

30+ minutes to check-in and check-out
Terribly slow reception service that took a very long time to check-in and check-out, very surprised there was no quick checkout box to put our keys into. The hotel is a decent location, good amenities, wifi was alright, room was comfortable but a bit old fashioned.

Disappointed stay
Given a small room next to the plant room. Woke up by loud mechanical noises from the ventilation unit before 6am every morning (sounded like a vacuum cleaner operated next to my bed). Lodged a complaint but same happened next day. This was my fourth time staying at this hotel and the most disappointed.
